Small Private Events On The Farm

Our beautiful and bountiful urban farm has been hosting private events of all kinds for the past 16 years. Set on an acre of land in the middle of Northeast Portland’s Cully Neighborhood, Stacey and her incredible team have developed the farm into a stunning backdrop perfect for any intimate occasion. Mature cedar trees become a grand ceremony altar, greenhouses transform into cozy dining spaces, and our woodshed converts into a rustic bar. Our local partnerships share in our farm’s seed to plate philosophy, and our team creates a professional and inclusive environment that leaves you feeling like family! 

Hosting an event at our farm venue includes the following:

• Use of our property for events of up to 60-70 guests
• This includes our greenhouses, outdoor dining space, back lawn and bar
• 6 hour property rental
• Experienced and professional catering staff
• Onsite, day-of Event Coordinator
• Seating for all guests

Side Yard offers authentic seed to plate catering for all occasions. We are a full service catering company and handle the full set up, breakdown and clean up for the event. We grow your entire menu on our one acre farm, we are definitely unique when it comes to catering companies and venues here in Portland.
