Farm brunches & Suppers
The Side Yard Farm & Kitchen is a monthly communal table urban farm supper club in NE Portland. Focused on seed to plate dining out on the farm with multiple courses and family style seating. Growing on urban acres from the veggies, to the eggs, milk for cheese and honey from our bees. Seatings are pre-sold as tickets and available by reservation only. Suppers and brunches are small and intimate, space is limited. Chef Stacey Givens of The Side Yard hosts guest chefs, brewers, distillers, winemakers and artisans of all kinds throughout the season to join her in making each dining experience unique.
Refugees welcome dinner series
Proud to announce a new farm dinner series, 'Refugees Welcome.' The Side Yard will be collaborating with a refugee family for every dinner to create the menu and experience. Diners will get a taste of these families cultures and hear their stories. We will be collaborating with families from Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq and more . A percentage of profit will go to the Refugee Care Collective, an amazing organization helping refugee families here in Portland.
SEED TO PLATE CATERING
The Side Yard offers unique seed to plate catering for all occasions. We grow your menu on the farm and work closely with our hyper-local farmer & rancher friends, sourcing as locally as we can. Whether it's a small, intimate gathering or a wedding for 300, we will work with you every step of the way to craft a custom menu and provide excellent service.
